The Big Flower Debate

Well I am sorry but I just had to write another quick blog! I was just in the gas station (I feel funny calling a petrol station when I use diesel) when I witnessed an event. The woman who was serving got some flowers delivered from her husband / boyfriend. The lady in front of me asked whether it was her birthday but the woman said no and the card said he just wanted to dhow her how he appreciated her. I thought that it was sweet, perhaps a bit over the top getting them delivered to work but still a fab gesture. However the woman behind me whispered in my ear, "I bet he has been up to something!" Now I ask you why is it when somebody buys a gift it automatically means that they have something to feel guilty about. I buy Alby random little things such as sweets not because I feel guilty but just because I think he would appreciate it. Grrrrr! Maybe it is just because I am feeling hormonal but it just annoyed me. The flowers were lovely too. I recently said that I had never received flowers before but I was wrong - sorry! I got some really nice flowers from Catherine when I had chickenpox!

Whilst getting diesel I also bought myself cadbury white chocolate buttons. Perhaps the chocolate will make me normal again......(Who am I kidding!!)
