Well well. I survived my first full week in school - just about! The funniest thing so far has been in assembly yesterday when the year 7s were asked to say what they wanted to be when they left school. One put their little hand up and said "I want to be a vet miss!" and another said "I want to be a footballer miss!". Then one little boy in my class put his arm up. I thought this is great, the head of year will love the fact that one from group was happy to speak up. Then he muttered the immortal words "I want to work in Tesco miss!". I mean come on! What 11 year aspires to work in tesco??????? Oh well at least he stumped the head of year I guess.
