Well I have had quite a random week so far. Last Friday I was involved in St. Martins day which is essentially is just like harvest festival. We had to meet 250 kids in the church graveyard and get them in quietly - you can imagine how that went!! I got sandwiched in between two of the PE teachers (in suits, not shorts - v. impressive). We had to sing not one hymn, not two, not even three... but bloody four instead! It was amazing how quickly they came back to me though. We sang my favourite one too -
"One more step along the world I go, one more step along the world I go. From the old things to the new, keep me travelling along with you. And its from the old I travel to the new, keep me travelling along with you!"
Impressive eh! I was like mother hen though because we walked our form groups back to the school which took an hour. I kept shouting "keep on the path" "Stay on the road". It was very scary. But surprisingly my lot cam back unscathed.
Also, today I had to take my year 11s to go see a Civics play called God is a DJ. It was wicked actually. It was all about choices in life and what is going on in the world with a modern twist. I really enjoyed it and I think I learned some valuable lessons!!!
Anyway I do hope life is treating you all well at the minute.
Take care peeps x

Is it a good idea shouting, "Stay on the road!" to children? Can't you get sacked for that kind of thing?
