Just say no

Just say no. "No". No. No NO. No. No. Such a simple little word isn't it? Yet somehow I have difficulty using it at the minute. I keep agreeing to do jobs that are taking up loads of time. To top it off today I agreed to my nice year 8 class to go into the stocks on children in need day to get custard pies thrown at me or something like that. Why oh why can I just say no?????????!!!!!!!!!!!
